What should I do if I want a refund?

Please contact Support team (by clicking Message Us button on the right side of the page or by email: [email protected]) and provide us with the following information:

– Order/Invoice ID and product name
– The problem encountered (including screenshots)
– Software and its version used
– File format used

After receiving a refund request, 3DPassion commits to process the request within 3 business days. In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
