Q: My payment was declined. What should I do?
If your transaction is declined (common for customers in Turkey, Middle East, or certain restricted regions), it is often due to local banking restrictions or PayPal’s regional policies.
To complete your purchase successfully, please follow this “Verified Workaround”:
Change Billing Country: Select United States instead of your local country.
Use a US Address: You can use any valid US format. For the best success rate, use the following verified info:

Use a VPN: If the page still doesn’t load correctly, try using a VPN set to a US or EU server.
Note: Since our products are Digital Downloads, the billing address is only for payment processing. It will NOT affect your ability to download the files or the license of the model.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently support PayPal and all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly.
If you don’t have PayPal, you can still pay with your Card via the PayPal Guest Checkout option.
Q: I paid but didn’t receive the download link. Where is it?
Check your Inbox/Spam: An automated email is sent immediately after payment.
Account Dashboard: You can always find your purchased models in the “Downloads” section of your 3dpassion.net account.
Support: If you still can’t find it, message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID, and we will send the link manually within a few hours.
